The accommodation was first class, as were the facilities. My mother is elderly, therefore the convenience of the lifts, the superb accommodation, and Thomas’ restaurant were all much appreciated.
The main thing that struck us, and impressed us most, were the staff. Everyone, from the moment we arrived until we left were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Those on reception were particularly accommodating, but even those passing in the corridor had a smile for us. I include the staff in the Thomas restaurant in this too.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future. We shall certainly recommend you to friends and family. Please pass on our thanks to the staff.
