cant say any more than its the best.
canal and sumit are the best hosts you will ever meet. julia and the staff are so welcomeing food is of highest standard. stay here and you will leave relaxed fresh and ready to face the world. is this the best hotel in kent

Good Points: Very pleasant staff and good efficient service. Reasonable choice of evening meals and well cooked. Comfortable seating area around the bar and especially in a little corner which was quite private.
Bad Points: Although beds were clean and comfortable, window sills were dusty and untended. TV had poor reception and the soap tray in bathroom sink fell off the wall because it was already broken. Small bath towels. Hotel had rather a tired and dated look and feel generally. Need of an update.
General review: Overall,we enjoyed our visit.

The new owners are brilliant and the refurbishments are great! Have previously stayed there just for convenience as service was poor however, the new owners and staff made an effort to interact with us and the food was to die for! Absolutely brilliant stay, definitely recommend! *****
