This is just to tell the management of the store what an assent JAY is in the upstairs cafe,always polite and cheerful, always got time for the customers, does his job in a very good manner,and as we all know some people can be very rude but this never bothers him this is not true of all your staff, so we thought we should let you know about JAY my wife is a retired employee of 30 years, so of course she knows ALL about MS sincerely E CARDY
