I am writing on behalf of my parents Michael and Jennifer Packer who are both in their seventies. They had booked a three night stay at this accommodation but because they had no heating in the room when it was -10 temperatures they were only able to stay for 1 night. My parents paid £50 for the one nights stay and were told they would have breakfast on boxing day and didnt receive one, they got locked in the building so in the case of a fire occuring they would not have been able to get out! They were sat waiting for an hour to get out of the building.They would never recommend this accommadation to anyone.
