After hearing that the 8 bells is being run by different people i decided to go in and take a look for myself. The place has improved, it is alot cleaner, the staff are friendly and they are slowly trying to improve the place. Already the Big Screen has been fixed and the windows have been blacked out so that you can see the screen more clearly. They even provide snacks. On sundays from 2 there are free bar snacks such as chicken legs etc. The new Landlords have even organised some events, such as Ann Summers party on the 14th July which is followed by disco and Karoke. The day after on the 15th there is a psychic fare, with tarot readers, scrying, indian head massage, reiki, reflexology and alot more. Also there are rumours that they are even trying to organise a Bike Rally for the summer time. Its well worth going in there, nice staff and a nice friendly atmosphere.....also there Magners is the cheapest around at £2:60 for a big bottle.
