Absolutely dreadful! We held our wedding reception their and had to clean dirty tables, empty dirty ashtrays and clear the dance floor. Tables were flithy. Members refused to make room for the DJ to set up. Bar refused to open on time. Buffet was an absolute rip off. Guests were amazed when we told them how much it cost. Not enough plates and food that had been cooked was left out for hours. Bar was charging inconsistent prices for exactly the same round! Management took 2 months (!) to reply to a complaint letter that we sent within 7 days of event. Letter received back from management was awful and accepted no accountability and was very rude. Would not recommend.
