a long time to get in car park due to top bit closed due to snow went shopping went to resturant for something to eat no where to put trolleys due to no keys in place to put trolleys asked about this they asked managers so just put trolley near our table luckily not busy told customer service no comment cards available gave me aform to fill in online also pharmacy shut for 1 hour for lunch also told someopne about some shopping been left upstairs do not know wot happened there

Our visit today was marred because I was confused by the changed car parking arrangements. I haven't been for ages and the old system involved getting your ticket verified at the till. When the barrier was up I assuned it wasn't working and it wasn't until I was on my way back with my shopping that I saw a sign saying that cameras control the parking and a fee will be levied at people who stay longer than 2 and a half hours. Watch out for this. I genuinely missed it and it will be really upsetting if I get fined after spending a fortune shopping in Tesco!
