This has got to be the worst site we have ever been to! Initially we were offered a pitch with a 6 foot ditch immediately behind - we have 2 young kids! Then we were taken to a pitch at the other side of the A35, about 1 mile away from the facilities (pool & park). All pitches were sloping, caravans were squashed like sardines. We have a trailer tent and luckily had quite a lot of our own facilities, however there was one block of showers/loos nearby which catered for three huge fields which were obviously full at bank hol weekend. These were filthy and there were 3 showers for men and 3 for women - nowhere near enough. My son was hit in the face in the park by some teenage boys playing on some childrens equipment, who were not even supposed to be there without adult supervision - not an adult in sight. Our feelings were that all the owner was interested in was making money - there was no camping etiquette on the site, fireworks set off in a field full of tents - completely stupid! Will never go anywhere near the place again - when we complained about it, the owner really didn't care less - appalling customer service.
