This place is a stunning conversion of an ancient Cornish Barn. It has everything you need and more for a relaxing stay. The owners keep it spotless and can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant experience. Close to Falmouth but remote enough to make it quiet. Regarding the previous review. I don't think you can expect the owners to stay out of the place just because you have booked it for a weekend. They have to do vital cleaning and maintenance. Saying that, maybe the guests could have been informed that the man was coming to fix the door. But, would you want to stay at a place where the main door was faulty? It obviously needed fixing. You just have to read the visitors book to see how much people love this place. People go back year after year and so will I be next year.

After a recent Hen Weekend at Tregedna I would not recommend this venue for groups. The owners of the property failed to realise that we had rented the property for the weekend and would not leave their guests to enjoy their relaxing break. On Saturday morning we awake at 9am to a gentleman replacing the main door into the accommodation, with a house full of female guests this was not acceptable and were not made aware that this work would be happening. The hammering and drilling well into the morning was not pleasant. On a second occasion the owners of the barn were seen wandering around the rooms whilst most of the guests were out. In all previous accommodation that I have ever stayed in in Cornwall I have never felt so watched or harrassed by the owners of the property to a group of civilised ladies looking to celebrate in peace. It was very disappointing, the owners fail to understand how to run the business of holiday accommodation which is a let down as the property is presented to a high standard.
