Fantastic site, new toilet and shower block. Nice and quite and Dick who runs the site can't do enough for you. Fishing is fab had carp well into double figures. Will go again hope to spend most of the summer there. Best site we have been to.

This campsite is every bit as good as the reviews say. The only downside I experienced is that for a family campsite, we were very surprised at the topless sunbathing woman right near the toilet block. I contacted the owner, and he said he would do something about it, but nothing was done. One had to virtually step over her to get into the toilets. It put a dampener on our weekend.

Just spent 5 nights at the establishment. Found it to be very friendly, clean, good value for Money. Toilets and Shower block were always clean and tidy. For those course Anglers amongst us, there is a lake in the adjacent field. Mainly Carp, but a few other species lurking in the depths. Well worth Fishing if you get the time. Theres a friendly tackle shop about 8 miles away in Thatcham, located on the main road through Thatcham. For Grocery needs there is a Shop located in the vilage, which caters for most needs. All in all a enjoyable break was had!!
