we have just celebrated my mothers 90th Birthday at Broom Grange. Everything was lovely except the poor service. This is no reflection on the staff of the day they worked hard and gave of their best.The problem was shortage of staff.We were a party of 20 with only 2 to wait table who also had to man the bar and help in kitchen.Apart from that we had a most enjoyable time.

Good Points: Room was clean and well decorated, the car park was large and the hotel grounds well kept and pleasant.
Bad Points: The rooms were too close to the hotel function room/hall. The 18th birthday party was door and window rattling LOUD all evening until about 11-11:30pm. No warning of party was given at booking or arrival at reception.
General review: Would have rated hotel highly except for function room party noise all evening.
