We walked away entirely unhappy especially after our complaint was faced with an aggressive manager with a very negative attitude. I would not tell anyone to stay here . It was dirty, damp, broken and we stayed in the most expensive room ! Food was minimal and poorly cooked. Staff were mostly unhelpful . Important features in our room were not working . The ventilation in the bathroom was weak or not on at all meaning our room was extremely hot and steamy every time someone took a shower. There was a hole in our duvet cover the cushion was broken , plug sockets hanging off the wall. Overall it seemed like nobody cared about this room. Avoid staying here , its not a pleasant experience and no-one will try and make it any better for you .
