the worst hotel i have stayed in generator outside bedroom going all night [no sleep] tables in di room not cleaned di room staff poor we regret this because other britania hotels have been good

Good Points: Excellent staff manners and politeness
Bad Points: Hotel looked tired and in need of refurbishment.
General review: OK but probably won't stay there again or recommend it to others

Good Points: The room was quite adequate.
Bad Points: The toilet seat had to be cleaned before use and when we wanted to use the bath we realised that it was not clean - this was 22h00. I went down to reception to get some bath cleaner and all they could give me was some window cleaner! The receptionist was prepared to move us to another room but at 22h00, after a long day, we did not feel like packing everything up and moving.
General review: The hotel was conveniently situated just off the M6 motorway. The room was adequate, staff were helpful and friendly. The buffet was good value. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathrooom.
