Good Points: hotel in great location for touring Snowdonia,the hotel itself has lots of character and feels welcoming on arrival, staff not to be faulted .
Bad Points: the only thing that marred our experience was being woken up at three in the morning by the tv in the next room blasting.had to bang the wall.but still found it difficult to sleep.Would suggest that the hotel puts friendly notice to consider other residents.Perhaps consider supplying wireless headphones if people must watch tv after twelve.
General review: Despite noise from next room would definitely go there again.

Good Points: Excellent value for money. the rooms were big and reasonably priced. The food was excellent and staff most helpful beyond the call of duty.
Bad Points: Maybe it would be good to have an iron in each room.
General review: This is a lovely hotel in a charming location. Luxurious yet well priced. The staff were most useful, inclduing helping me to email a document when I could not mamage (a young Polish guy helped me). The food was super, the jacuzzi in the bathroom outstanding. I 'd love to come back although it is unlikely as this is so far.
