General review: Staff friendly, efficient and helpful and discreet. Transport links from the hotel are good.

My daughter Amy is currently with you on her school trip. I have received her postcard and she appears to be having a fantastic time. She said the hotel is fab, the food is great and plentiful and a good time is being had by all.
I would like to say a big Thank You for making her and the rest of the group comfortable and making their stay enjoyable.
Please send her our love and tell her we can't wait for Friday when she returns.
