Good Points: Lovely hotel room, very spacious and with some nice touches - romantic package booked Bad Points: No negatives except the weather ! General review: One minor point, the set dinner menu included in the romantic package would benefit from some vegetables as a side dish for those with bigger appetites.

Good Points: When we first saw the room was very pleased with presentation, high class fixtures, cleanliness, layout etc Bad Points: Very noisy - sounded like some sort of air conditioning unit which kept on clicking off and on all night, was not our room air conditioner/heating as this was switched off. General review: We were very disappointed with the restaurant, the main course was not well cooked, chicken was very tough, and looked as if it had been reheated many times - Rump of Lamb was very red, and my Husband actually asked for Sea Bass - and was given Lamb which he accepted as we had to join the wedding reception that evening. He was also not asked how he would have liked it cooked. We had a bottle of champgane which was included in the room rate, when we asked if we could have it with out dinner, the bottle was just put on the table with no ice bucket - we had to ask for one. The Breakfast was also not very nice, looked as it had been standing for a a long time (we are used to buffet breakfasts - but this one was not nice at all) the eggs were precooked and looked awful (just to have someone to cook fresh fried eggs and ommlettes would make such a difference). As explained previously, we were so pleased with the room, at first said that we would come again just for an overnight stay - but once we eat in the restaurant this would not be the case. Hope that you take these comments seriously, as this was the major complaint for out stay and I do not usually bother to provide feedback, but as this is such a nice hotel, you need to take these comments on board.
