I visted the bistro at Walford Mill on Wednesday last. It was my first visit and thoroughly enjoyable. It was clean and well presented, I had a lovely cup of tea and would happily visit again and take friends who are new to the area. I hope the previous review was just a one off. I certainly had a much nicer experience and am looking forward to visiting again.

The Craft Centre is lovely, and the in-house weaver delightful, but the Bistro is best avoided. A very long wait for inferior food in a place that smells like a greasy spoon. Come on Walford, you can do better: think of Brewery Arts in Cirencester or the Black Swan at Frome (not as good as it usaed to be but still a lot better than Walford) - get a good coffee shop going.
