Good Points: Excellent service. Particularly the staff in and around reception. The building was very beautiful, as was Russel Square (park) directly opposite the hotel. Excellent public transport links, bus stop opposite the hotel, underground 2 mins walk around the corner.
Bad Points: Breakfast was vastly overpriced and not particularly good - service slightly lacking. Beverages poor.
General review: Overall, good. The room was excellent as were the hotel surroundings.
