We found the the food excellent and reasonably priced. The portions were generous and the choice of sweets was very good. The staff were very efficient and obliging.Quite a contrast the the other Inn in Montacute.

Excellent food and wine at very reasonable prices the home made puddings were especially tempting. Lunch in the pretty walled garden was a delight

pleasant welcome. reasonably priced drinks. main course (in my case) excessively large. vegatables and salads are charged in addition to the main course making a pub type meal very expensive. waitress service charming and efficient In view of charges I would not revisit.
