I have recently stayed at the Plough Inn in Marsham near Aylsham Norfolk This was an ideal location for visiting the Norfolk Broads, National Trust Houses and Wildlife and RSPB centres in Norfolk The room was clean and tidy with a tea making facility and television . Both the breakfast and evening meals were excellent using local produce where possible . The menu was varied with added special dishes on each evening and we ate in for 11 evenings out of our 14 night stay . On most occasions we had the main course and sweets and I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed each course . The meal in my case was usually washed down with some Adnams Real Ale which I thoroughly enjoyed . The hosts Roger and Val were very helpful and made sure we were satisfied with our meals and the service as well as advising us of locations to visit in the area. They had this ability to be friendly but not over friendly making your stay comfortable and enjoyable . I would thoroughly recommend the Plough to people reading this site
