Called in for a working lunch which we had in the beautifully restored vaulted ceiling restaurant. Lots of character. Went for the chef speciality, traditional Fish and Chips with minted peas. The fish was cooked in a light beer batter which was superb. An excellent meal at a good price in lovely surrounding. Would definately eat there again
