The last review was interesting as the new people did not open for food in the restaurant until the 22nd Jan yet apparantly they visitied on the 18th??

The pub was lovely food and drink excellent and the people are really nice would go back any time.
would also add it has changed hands since last review, so i would advise folks try it again they would not be dissapointed.

I disagree with the earlier review. There was a great atmosphere, the landlady was very friendly and welcoming and the food was very good value, well cooked and delicious. I would really recommend this pub

very poor food , no atmosphere. had to wait simply ages for our food & sent it back twice because of poor quailty!!! a waste of good money will not return.

The food is really good also very friendly place with a warm welcome each time you go one everyone must try you won't be disappointed.

The pub serves really good foood, there is a great atmosphere, friendly staff and lots of events and things going on

The berkley arms serves fantastic food and has a friendly warm atmosphere. The staff are very kind and welcoming.
