We've eaten at the Sun on more than a few occassions and generally enjoyed it, however last night was appalling. We ordered sun dried tomatoe bread from the wood oven which wasnt cooked in the middle and quite raw. We asked the bar staff to taste it and they agreed it wasnt right. The comment from the kitchen was that it should be served like this. Now we've ordered this dish before and it was lovely and crispy and not at all raw. Personally I dont like raw dough its disgusting and when I asked for it to be removed from the bill I was told that if we didnt pay for it, we wouldnt be welcome back and that it was cooked like that so that they didnt burn the tomatoes. Well here's some news, learn how to cook. We certainly wont be going back and I'll be making a point of telling as many people as i can how poor the service and food is. To top it off the manager couldnt be bothered to come down and see us. Avoid at all costs.
