Worth avoiding if you like good food. To start: an acceptable but somewhat average hock terrine. My colleague had crayfish, which were ok. Second course: steak and kidney pie, hard meat topped with a disk of unpleasant pastry; very under cooked green beans; prawn platter, mean portion accompanied with a trio of sauces that left a rather unpleasant taste in the moth. Dessert: Waitress: 'How was your meal'? Glen: 'less than average' Waitress: 'Oh' The end. Bill: £29.65
