Please don't be put off by the comment made. We found the staff to be very polite and extremely helpful. Like every where, every one wants to eat at the same time, staff can only do what they can.
I personally can't find fault and will keep visiting and will look forward to my next visit. It says alot as i'm not a local I come from Weston Super Mare to visit!

The worst Sunday lunch we have ever experienced. Long queues for the Buffet, Food below standard, no selection, staff unfriendly.
