Well, after our previous visit (see above) we figured things would have to have improved, so we tried again. SO GLAD WE DID!Everything was great, the new manageress (?) was in fact one of the original staff and things were equal to or better than before Frosty Knickers reign! Certainly don't hesitate to eat here, you won't be disappointed! Great to see things back how they should be.

Having eaten here a few times, we didn't hesitate to eat here tonight. We were informed that the restaurant was under new management and that the new general manager(ess) would allocate a table. She failed to manage a smile let alone the restaurant! No-one was getting their food, a family walked out, our food eventually arrived, soup cold and parts of the order missing. People on the neighbouring table were challenged by the manager when complaining about their steak. Turns out they had ordered medium to well done, the order had been written wrong for medium rare, ergo it was THEIR fault! Astonishing. We wont be back until miss frosty knickers is replaced and the chef too! The evening was a disaster! Inexcusable and bodes ill for future survival of a normally excellent establishment - Owners please note before it's too late!
