Outstanding customer service - early for pick up, polite and courteous and in a clean, spacious vehicle too. Despite being stuck in the car for an hour and a half on a half hour journey, our driver remained happy and relaxed and coped with 4 excitable women admirably! I left my glasses in the car and he took the time to call and tell me and then return them to my work address a few days later - what a great driver and example of how customer service in the UK should be. Many thanks indeed, we shall definitely be using you again.
