Good Points: Good sized family room, very clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming also very attentive. Staff attitude very positive and went out of their way to help. Bread rolls at dinner were superb - homemade.
Bad Points: Nothing - all very good
General Review: An excellent experience, will stay again when visiting the area.

Avoid this hotel. A special family weekend ruined by innefficiency and broken promises. Booked four rooms through the internet, paid in advance. However they insisted we paid again on departure, only to agree they had made a mistake two days later. 7 weeks later I am still waiting for the substantial refund they have agreed I am entitled to, despite every phone call being met with a promise to send a payment asap. Disappointing attitude to the fact that we were also charged £96 more via the internet than the actual charges in the Hotel. They do not accept that the Hotel should update its advertsied charges with special offers etc and say that has nothing to do with them. Such a disappointment. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
