booked taxi for 2.45 arrived 3.00 (only one mile away from pick up) Return journey to hospital, booked £32.00 and payed in advance, collect at 5.15pm, after a number of phone calls to your operative 'Charlotte' who I might add is not working in the interest of your company,My wife was picked up at 6.05 Whoever blames who is not my problem but you seriously want to dispose of your op. 'Charlotte' for the sake of your business. There is no excuss for puting down the T/phone 3 times in mid conversation. Call centers in india are not that bad. You will never recieve any of our business again that inc. friends @ family. Mark
