I booked this taxi service to take myself and six others to manchester airport. However after having left 3 messages 2 of which with the drivers wife and getting no response and then going on to make over 33 calls over the course of 2 weeks and getting no response I had no option but to cancel the trip via letter. 2 weeks after I cancelled I received the most awful phone call from the driver. He was rude and obnoxious and claimed it was my fault as he had been on holiday. However when I asked him what date he went on holiday it was clear that all the calls I had made and messages that I had left were made whilst he was still in the country! I also have copy mobile phone bills that confirm these calls and the dates and I will be giving them to Steve at A2B! I also pointed out that I would be very stupid to cancel his service and book another that is £30 more expensive! This guy obviously has no customer service skills what so ever, cheap is not always best as with this guy he is best avoided at all costs! When you need reliability and the safe knowledge that someone will come and pick you up at the time you have booked and confirm the dates times and flight numbers, you are better off seeking services elsewhere. I would never recommend this guy to anyone AVOID!!!!
