Good Points: Fantastic atmosphere with excellent customer service. Food was of an extremely high standard Bad Points: The kettle in our room didn't work properly! General review: Really enjoyed it and would recommend to others

A beautiful hotel with amazing rooms and a great friendly atmosphere. Having visited the hotel previously to staying there for my honeymoon, we had seen that it was an ideal place for us for the evening. The evening meals and breakfast was first class. The only downside to this hotel is that on the day of booking out, me and my wife decided that it would be great to book the honeymoon suite again for our 1st anniversary. Therefore we booked and gave our credit card details for the payment. A week or so before our anniversary i made a call just to confirm my reservation to find out that they mysteriously had no details of mine and another wedding party had reserved the whole hotel on the same day. Come to your own conclusion there ! I can not fault the hotel itself at all but this kind of service is totally unacceptable as it ruined my first anniversary and will not book there again ,same goes for future anniversaries that we planned on.
