Information Britain's web sevice led me to this wonderfull pub for the evening.
Althought your information is just 6 years out of date, what you have printed under sells the establishment. It is now run by Clive, who is charming host, very knowlegeable and well educated. He keeps the rooms in perfect order. The real ale is exactly at 55 degrees, and the food is to die for !
The locals are very interesting and very friendly.
I shall be returning to stay here as many times as possible, I cannot say a thing bad.
The Pub is beautiful, the furniture is fantastic, it is just so interesting and so welcoming.
A treasure !
