Ambassador cars have really come on since they first started, they turn up quickly, and even phone you to say they are outside. I would never use any other taxi firm now.

I have tried so many different taxi services throughout the city but Ambassador cars really stood out for me, they are very reliable trustworthy friendly drivers and excellent rates...no wonder theyre the largest Taxi Service in Birmingham!

Having been evacuated from Central Birmingham due to security alert and unable to return to our hotel the Ambassador driver picked us up from Selly Oak Hospital and tried to help us find a hotel room. He went out of his way to help, using his own phone to contact hotels. He was brilliant.
