Good Points: room adequate and wedid get a smoking room which we had requested Bad Points: The sheets were not 100% cotton and there was toolittle opening window for the hot conditions of the weather. General Review: Staff were very friendly and served us well. We had requested a gluten free breakrast but there was no recognition of this . The staff were helpful about preparing the special food we had brought but it would have been good to have had my partner's request acknowledged even if the staff were unable to do anything about it

Good Points: Quite but nice surroundings. Bad Points: Did not have any dislikes General Review: Our overall opinion was that it suited our needs very well. Staff were well dressed and informative. All the fascilities we required were available. Breakfast was very good. I found my bed to be a little hard, but you have to accept that it will probably be different from your own - this was not an issue.

General Review: This booking was a present for some friends as a gift. The staff at the hotel helped us keep this as surprise and were very friendly towards us and our guests. An excellent service and a lovely surprise towards our friends. Thank you so much.
