Rooms very comfortable and attractive. Room service outstanding, within two minutes of telling reception that I didnt have enough towels in my bathroom there was someone at the door with some. Restaurant, staff and food there excellent. I was dissapointed with the bar at the hotel. The bar and seating area did not compare to the quality and standard of the rest of the hotel and it was difficult to find a non smoking area to sit in. Even when we did you could smell the smoke. Food in the bar was okay but not up to the standards of the restaurant. Considering the standards in the rest of the hotel the bar was a let down.

Appearances can be deceptive. My order for a bar meal was lost and never arrived, also there is no proper segregation for smokers in the bar, smoke wafts up from the lower bar area into the eating area. I have stayed in the Hotel on a number of occasions the Restaurant is fine, be cautious in the bar if you are a non smoker. Rooms generally good to excellent, however their "last resort" room 106 is the pits, next to the boiler room and is really too noisey to be let out for pubic use.
