Following recommendations and reviews booked to celebrate my mothers Eighth second birthday.
Party of ten,disappointed in the service and quality of food, which came out at different times, my dish was cold warranting a return to be replaced, my sons steak wasn't cooked as requested was sent back .when it finally came he ate it on his own.An hair was found in my mothers dessert the waiter tried to insinuate that it didn't come from the kitchen service that he may have come from my nieces hair sat next to my mother
We have eaten in Michellin stars around the Uk and came to your venue as a recommendation and to book out the hotel for a party ,was left disappointed.

Excellent food very well priced and friendly service. Rooms overlooking road can be very tarffic noisy. Bedrooms are in need of updating and refurbishment.
