Good Points: Staff were lovely, welcoming and most helpful Bad Points: The room was meant to be an executive room called the ansell suite I think. It was dated and tired and appart from a big jacuzzi not what I would call executive. Neither window had a pleaseant outlook.Disappointing General review: The breakfast was very enjoyable and the hotel gardens very nicely kept a pleasure to sit in.

Good Points: Excellent location Bad Points: Only one very small comment, the napkins at breakfast were postage stamp size which for another couple of pence could have been a practical size. General review: Enjoyed, would stay again and recommend.

Good Points: Nice quiet room, all the normal facilities. Good breakfast General review: Nice quiet hotel with friendly staff, ground floor rooms all look out onto the gardens which was nice. Cleaning staff were a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise no complaints. Good size room, so if we had been staying with our daughter, there would have been room for a cot. Excellent breakfast!
