Good Points: Room clean and generally comfortable; breakfast room good and choice for continental breakfast more than adequate. Bad Points: Room 114 - no opening windows, and the windows are ill-fitting; there was a small gap which we couldn't close at the bottom of one and a strong wind outside! General review: We were in Muswell Hill for a specific purpose - it is very unlikely we shall be back there.

Bad Points: Single rooms charged at same price as doubles. General review: Better than last year as tea and coffee facilities are now back in the rooms.

Good Points: The accommodation was clean and fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. Bad Points: The room was too hot and perhaps a wee bit small General review: I found the staff friendly at reception though it seemed the gentleman who was dealing with us was not sure of the procedure. The hotel was clean and fresh, I noticed no lift but maybe there was one. The sushi bar staff were lovely and we had a discount for there and they were delighted we used it. Overall we would stay in this hotel again. The hotel location is very central.

We were very dissapointed with the poor standard of the 1st 2 rooms we were shown, the first room was dark, sub standard funiture with very old bed bases on show. The 3rd room was not too bad. Staff on reception helpful. Breakfast good but should have been included in price of room. Bar was closed. We did not think that this hotel offered value for money.

Disappointed with the facilities as access was restricted due to private function which is a regular occurance. Not advised when booking that the lounge bar was closed for refurbishment. Management refused to speak to guests when they have an easily resolved complaint. Very noisy on the front until 3:00am from the private function.

The hotel reception is nice , but the rooms are small and noisy when in the front of the hotel. Food is Ok for breakfast, but the Staff in the Bar and Reception are Very helpful, Bar prices are reasonable, but restaurant, is pricey. Overall its fine for the price.

I only stayed for one night but the hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff made you most welcome. The room was well kept and comfortable and I would delinately consider staying here again if I'm working in or around the city.

Good Points: It's my third stay at the Raglan, staff are always friendly and helpful.A nice place to stay. Bad Points: Televisions in rooms always suffer poor reception and parking is always a problem, minor problem for the active but disabled may be at a disadvantage.

Good Points: Rooms were adequate and clean and the bathroom was modern, clean and hygienic Bad Points: The TV had very bad reception and, although we mention this, nothing was done. No razor point in the bathroom - just taped wires. General Review: Overall the accommodation was adequate, but it would have been good to have a wider choice at breakfast, ie choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as the more traditional cereal and full English.

Bad Points: Unable to open windows on very warm nights. General Review: Although the breakfast was good it did take a short time to find a plate that was clean enough. That aside if in the area and needed accomodation I would stay there and recomend the hotel.

Bad Points: I asked for a quiet room and was put on the top floor, but at the front and hardly slept for the continuous traffic noise. A room at the rear would not have faced traffic noise. Perhaps I should have explained I live in a rural village and the loudest noise in the night is an electric milk float!
