Best rates for a Local Hotel

Completely disagree with previous reviewer. I am a 22 handicapper and my playing partner a 21. We both found this course in excellent condition and a test of our abilities, without being as hard as some of the local courses such as Fulford. This is a great course which probably suits high handicappers more than low but all will find elements of the course a test. Certainley there were no holes that I found plain or boring and will happily go back.

Very easy walking on flat terrain, course made interesting by good use of hedges, trees, streams, ponds and bunkers. Fairways could benefit from slightly thicker grass, hard ground makes it slightly "links like". A welcoming clubhouse.
