Good Points: Excellent room which was an upgrade with friendly staff Bad Points: Dinner, had to return sirloin steaks that were uneatable and was offered an alternative meal, which my wife and I excepted. The overall service in the restaurant was excellent. General review: Very comfortable stay and we will stay again without any hesitation.

Good Points: We both thought The Stirrups was one of the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The food was amazing. The room was wonderful, very clean. General review: Very pleasant stay and we will certainly return if we are in that part of the country.

This hotel more than lived up to our expectations. We had a lovely room and the staff were as helpful and as friendly as anyone could wish. With two small children, hotel stays can be stressful, but not here. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer and dinner on both evenings was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning!
