General Review: My friend and I stayed for 3 nights in a twin room,which we found to be a high standard.The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were excellent.We did not have evening meal but intend to do so on our next visit.The owners were very friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

Good Points: We stayed in the Edgecombe suite which has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. This was immaculately clean as was the bedroom.
Bad Points: nothing
General Review: We stayed for one night at the hotel last year and were so impressed we booked again. We were dissapointed to find out the day before our visit that the hotel had recently changed hands and were therefore a little apprehensive. There was no need to be, the new owners are intent on keeping the hotel as it was when they took over. They have a hard act to follow but we were not disappointed in any way with our welcome and the service we received.

Good Points: Clean, bright room. No smoking policy is excellent
Bad Points: In-room phones are preferable. Shampoo/body wash should be provided
General Review: The on-line reservation process was overall simple and clear. What would help speed it up is to search hotels by category of room available (e.g.we required a family room for four), but had to search through 20 hotels before narrowing down the choices. The hotel experience was excellent. Very welcoming staff (Michael was most helpful throughout our stay). Good location, very good map directions. We would definitely go back.

A LOVELY HOTEL INDEED, MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED FOR 3 NIGHTS IN THE EDGCOMBE SUITE WHICH WAS A SUPURB ROOM,FOR A SHORT RELAXING BREAK. CHRISTIAN AND MICHIEL WERE VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL,THE HOTEL IS KEPT EXTREMELY CLEAN AND FRESH, PLUS FOOD WAS GREAT.WE WOULD RECCOMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE,BENSON THE DOG IS FABULOUS TOO!
