Good Points: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and good food Bad Points: The room was a bit small for the price. General review: I enjoyed my stay, I have already booked again as I will be in Wales quite often for work.

Good Points: The hotel was clean and tidy the restaurant is fantastic and the bar has am excellent chilled vibe with comfy seating. Bad Points: The funny door locks on the rooms - other than that i have no complaints. General Review: On arrival the view is stunning stunning. Check in was very smooth. The rooms are very clean and tidy with en-suite. The restaurant and choice of food is excellent and bar is very contempory. Would recommend and would certaining stay again when working in the area.

Last night, I arrived at your beautiful Hotel for the first time as a possible replacement for your Vegas Theme Night performer who was reputed to have a throat and chest problem. Although I didn't entertain your clientelle (the 'star' was fit and healthy) I was most impressed with your Reception Staff who made me welcome on my arrival. Your Hotel was a dream to perform in and I hope that MCL book me one day to perform for you!! Your Manager asked would I have liked to sing a few Dean Martin songs, in the interval, but I didn't want to embarrass the Performer with my impression of 'Dino' for obvious reasons, so I refused. I wish you continued succes for the future and perhaps if you will log on to me at www.geocities.com/thevoiceofbillbennett you will see how good I am as a Dean Martin Impersonator??!!! Kind regards. Good Points: Convenience to ferry arrival Bad Points: Inefficient check-in. General Review: Check-in was a disaster - at 3.3O am in the morning straight off the ferry! Credit card machine did not work so everyone had to produce their sterling cash. Breakfast too late a start - 8 am - so we had to give it a miss because of our early start. Would recommend hotel only because of convenience to ferry arrival.

Good Points: Clean and functional General Review: The hotel is well sited, serves good food and has very friendly/helpful staff. It is, however, in need of some modernisation. Overall good value for money.
