My very first Dojo... ahhh... the good old days, getting bumped up to the 18+ sessions after my first lesson at 14 years old... lol (Tomoe-Nagi, to the full mount FTW)
ps: in competition DO NOT think that girls/Women are lessed skilled than us boys/men, you will get choked the **** out!
and remember, skill defeating power is one of the key componets in judo.
Back in the day, and from what I hear, this is still one of the top Judo dojo's in the south of Englnd due to it being used by many military personel out of Westlands airbase.
