Great club , very friendly and not at all intimidating as some healthclubs can be ( with posers !!) The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble and other members seem a friendly bunch. All in all The best club I have been a member of , would definately reccomend Samantha Moorcroft

Ive always avoided the gym at all costs, becuase i thought it would be full of "heros" and "fitness freaks" - how wrong could i be? Fitnessworks is a really friendly, un-intimidating environment for us "normal people" to get fit. The facilities are great, the staff are brilliant and i'm annoyed i didnt join earlier. I definately reccomend a visit - you can do your own thing, or meet up with brilliant personal trainer. They've also got a beauty salon there now, so my wife has started going too. thanks guys - great gym! jim (now a GYM!)

Very friendly staff. Club was very well equipped and clean, with a very non-intimidating atmosphere, which is very important to me as a newcomer to "the gym" I will be joining in the next few days.
