Add your review Steve Dameril is the big guy who owns the place and knows his stuff......appearances are deceptive.....but you could meet a nicer bloke.....I trained at his place for a year while I lived in Ramsgate....he helped me in more ways than just making me scream to get me out from under 400kg on the incline leg press.....lol.....bless him.....no pain no gain....and train til your eyeballs bleed!
