Tim Holt who is or was the Physio there in Hereford, basically helped me to walk again after industrial injury almost forced me into a wheel chair, after several months I could walk again and went from wearing braces from my chest down to my feet to just 1 walking stick instead of being confined to a wheelchair fot the rest of my life. Now I'm enjoying an almost pain free life, swimming, motorcycling and diving.
