Good Points: The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was throughout clean. The food was of a high standard. I would definitely stay there again. General review: For a short term stop over it couldn't be beaten, either for price or conditions.

Bad Points: Service at breakfast on Saturday 22 August was poor. Would not recommend room at the back and would only stay again if in a sea view room - not so much for the sea view as weather was so poor could not see the sea but they are much larger and brighter rooms. General review: Service at breakfast on Sunday 23 August was very good (total difference to day before)

Good Points: The first room we were shown to was exceptionally dark, we were moved to a downstairs room which was comfortable and tidy. Easy walk into Charlestown. Bad Points: The breakfast service was bad, orders didn't arrive. The bacon was so salty it was inedible. General review: We wanted to visit the Eden Project and although the weather had been exceptionally good before we left, the three days we were there it rain heavily. Not the hotels fault but that was why we went there.
