The Warren is a true links course connecting Dawlish Warren Beach with the Exe Estuary Nature Reserve. Tight lies and beautifully receptive greens make this course a real pleasure to play but it's not for the faint hearted.
Some shared double fairways make things seem quite open in places but the ball swallowing gorse bushes soon put and end to any potentially growing confidence.
If things aren't going to plan console yourself with the views from the 7th tee and the ladies' 14th tee. If you're lucky you'll see the birdlife on the nature reserve.
The Warren drains very quickly is usually one of the few courses open during bad wet weather in the winter.
