Regular visitor to this park. Always clean and tidy especially the toilets and showers which have just had a makeover.Staff always happy to help and recommended us to the balloch house for dinner on one of our previous visits, so now we eat there everytime we visit the park.
You will not be dissapointed with this park and will not want to leave.

Was a nice site shame about the reception staff who hadn't taken their customer friendly pills that weekend and were certainly of the jobsworth variety. Dont bother complaining to management unless you enjoy being patronised they are not interested in anything but your money - so go and enjoy a nice if overpriced site and an untypical unfriendly scottish welcome !! Cleaners were superb and should maybe have given the reception staff and management a few tips on customer care.

stayed at this park for a weekend in march clean and tidy £18 hardstanding plus electric good for balloch country park
