The carpet in the lounge of this holiday was filthy. I would not have a carpet like that in my shed. I wrote to the site with pictures attached and have never even got an acknowledgement back. They have since sent me their 2008 prices - I sent another letter to them and have still not had an acknowledgement. They advertise panel heaters in the bedrooms - I never saw any and the heating in the bedroom was practically non existent. A hair dryer would have given more heat.
